As the name suggests, this class is all about deep relaxation, perfect for recovery from athletic training, illness or fatigue. Props such as blankets, bolsters and cushions are used to make the postures as effortless as possible and allow all muscular tension to dissolve. Breathing techniques (pranayama) are integrated to ease mental tension and we end with seated meditation. No previous experience of yoga or meditation is needed.
