Being athletic and constantly looking for new challenges, I discovered yoga after a long period of over-training finally led to an injury. I was skeptical at first, then curious, as I let each posture work on my body, without realising that in fact my mind was being alterered. Today I am convinced that yoga is a means to harmonise all the different aspects of our being. The practice of yoga has an impact on our physical body but also on a more subtle level. I highly encourage everyone to take up the yoga journey.
I like to make my classes joyful and adaptable to all students and respectful of each individual body, the aim is one of well-being rather than simply doing postures.
I took my teacher training with the Yogalife Foundation and am certified with Yoga Alliance (RYT 200).
