Embracing my new found passion I went on to train as both a Hatha and Hot Yoga teacher. I truly believe that yoga is for EVERYONE -whatever your current body shape, flexibility or fitness levels. My aim is to create classes that are welcoming, fun, dynamic and fulfilling – so by the time you leave you feel you’ve have had a great mind and body workout!
