“Children really brighten up a household – they never turn the lights off.” ~Ralph Wycherley.

I had been a professional dancer then a flight attendant on commercial airlines when I discovered yoga through one of my dance friends. She also taught hot yoga and from my first class, I knew I had discovered a new passion. After a few sessions, I realised that yoga benefited me physically but also improved my mental, emotional and spiritual health. I felt calmer and more serene.

After the birth of my son Antoine, I decided to register for the first 200-hour Yoga Alliance-recognised (RYT200) Hot Yoga teacher training in Switzerland. Then I followed the Rainbow Kids yoga training specifically for children from the age of 3. Since then I have had the pleasure of teaching yoga to children from a very young age with music and games. My precious little yogis are not judged on their postures or performance as the aim is to develop inner strength and acceptance of others’ differences. We work on balance, strength, coordination, and flexibility.

Yoga is an evolving process and I continue to study and learn new techniques. I am so happy to share my passion and accompany children on their journey of self-discovery.
