I practiced my first asanas fifteen years ago in San Francisco, when I discovered Ashtanga, the power of the body, the endless stretches, and my breathing.

In Switzerland, through the teachings of Jessica Magnin, Vinyasa invited me for a long-lasting dance of postures where prana flows and awareness grows. At that point, I felt that yoga could carry me further and I completed a teacher training in 2008 (RYT 250). It was the start of a voyage through the principles of yoga, my eyes and heart wide open.

Every day yoga reminds me to take a step back when difficulties arise, appreciate the moment, welcome the unknown and experience life as a vast forest where seasons change and nature evolves… I hope to meet you there.
