This class is specifically designed for newcomers and anyone in search of a gentle yoga session. You will learn the basic poses of hatha yoga, simple breathing techniques with a touch of meditation and relaxation. Everyone is welcome.

Kids and teens learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging yoga poses and partner poses. Lots of yoga games, breathing, and basic anatomy.
This is a high energy flow class, where we focus on strengthening the core, legs and upper body to help improve balance, flexibility, and endurance in the body and mind.
When practicing yin yoga you develop your mobility by applying positive stress to your deep connective tissues.
