Elise is from the North East of England and has a background in running and triathlon. She discovered her passion for yoga in search of healing joint pain after several marathons. Over the last decade Elise has travelled across the globe teaching classes, workshops and retreats in Bikram, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin aswell as Calisthenics (bodyweight training) and Animal Flow. Her passion for a broad range of movement comes from a real belief in the benefits not only physically but mentally and how these two elements are continually enhanced through the practice of movement and breath work.
