Le Yoga est pour moi, mon moment de “détente et qui me procure bien-être” où je peux canaliser mes énergies et me recentrer.
My most important intention is to free my soul and become who I really am.
I am Patrizia. I was born in Venezuela, a warm and colourful country.
I am half Italian, half Spanish.
I studied to be a kindergarden teacher and worked in a preschool from the very beginning of my studies. In total I worked for one kindergarten and one bilingual (Spanish-English) school in Caracas-Venezuela.
I am the mom of two wonderful people. Santiago, 15 years old and Nicolas, 13 years old.
As hobbies, I enjoy, walking in nature, reading books, meditate and doing yoga. I love dogs, beaches and ice creams. Currently reading “Conversations with God”, Neale Donald Walsch.
Five years ago, I became a yoga teacher for adults, teenagers and kids. Since then, I’ve being teaching yoga and have adults and kids’ classes.
I’ve done an online meditation course, called “The power of Awareness” and I am very interested in mindfulness as a way of life.
Teaching and having fun with kids will always be for me an excellent way to be awake, aware and happy.
My most important intention is to free my soul and mind and become who am really are. I came here to grow, to expand.
My favourite question in front of a situation or decision at the moment is, what does this have to do with the planning of my soul?

In my prenatal classes, I offer you a moment to slow down, ground yourself and listen with kindness to what your body has to tell you.
I started my yoga practice willing to sculpt my body; a very superficial desire then. Over time, I found my time spent on the mat much more fruitful.
