Want to try something new whilst still building on shoulder strength, mobility and flexibility? Improve the health of your joints and build on your hip flexion with this fun and strength building practice.

If you ever wanted to try breakdancing or be able to move like an animal then this is your time!
Animal Flow is derivative of breakdancing and calisthenics (bodyweight training) and combines the two in a fun movement practice.

It is a strong practice which will require good wrist and shoulder care throughout the class.
Elise will take you through the Foundation movements with some fun drills and flows and help you pull it all together in the end leaving you feel strong and accomplished.
