YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
We see beginners in our classes every day. Please arrive early to your first class so that we can help you feel at home with us.

YOGA FOR SENIORS
You can begin yoga at any age! In this class, designed for people aged 60 and over, we explore simple postures with the focus on correct alignment, breathing exercises, deep relaxation, and meditation.
PRE- & POST-NATAL YOGA
Prenatal Yoga offers a practice for pregnant women, in a relaxed and nurturing atmosphere. Post-natal yoga: a time for mothers to nurture and be nurtured.
KIDS & TEENS YOGA
Kids and teens learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging yoga poses and partner poses. Lots of yoga games, breathing, and basic anatomy.
HIP PILATES ®
High Intensity Power Pilates. Discover a high-intensity workout combined with the precision and focus of a traditional Pilates session.
FAMILY YOGA
