Jivamukti is a physical, ethical, and spiritual practice, combining a vigorous vinyasa-based physical style with adherence to five central tenets: scripture, devotion, nonviolence, music, and meditation.

Tim started exploring this method 14 years ago and was inspired by its fully rounded approach. Now an 800h-certified teacher, he is grateful for the opportunity to share a focused asana practice and meditation with the simple intention of just enjoying it. Come and enjoy it with him!
