About

 I have been a bodyworker for the past 17 years with an impressive body awareness.  I’m assisting all types of individuals with their stress, health and everyday life through a variety of techniques where they learn to get back in touch with their bodies, emotions, and authentic power.

Results: healthy, happy, stress-free individuals living their life with authenticity and confidence.

My toolbox is large and includes, but is not limited to:  massage, breathwork, body movement/awareness, kundalini yoga, transformational life coaching as well as trauma informed coaching.
