• To begin you must open an online account with us on our website. Click on “BOOK A CLASS” and follow the instructions to create your account.
• To reserve a space in class, you must purchase a membership or individual class via your online account. The membership begins from your first class.
• The number of students per class is limited. It is therefore highly recommended that you reserve your space in advance. You can see the number of students registered for each class on our online booking system.
• People who do not wish to book online may reserve by email or by message to +41 79 421 23 00.
• Memberships of 10 or 30 classes may be shared by two people.
• The centre is closed for a few days over Christmas and for 2 weeks in the summer.
• The class schedule may be modified depending on numbers of students. Classes with less than 5 students may be cancelled entirely.
• If a teacher cancels a class, the missed class will be credited to the student.
• Payment is due after your first class.
• Payments can be done at our reception desk by cash, card or Twint or online by card or Twint.
• Financial constraints should not prevent anyone from practising yoga. A financial arrangement can be found if needed.
• Memberships are not renewed automatically. To see when your membership expires please log on to your account.
• You may renew your membership on line by credit card or Twint or at our reception by cash, card or Twint.
• Students who are unable to use their membership for medical reasons may ask for a refund or an extension. A medical certificate is required in this case. Memberships are not extended for absences due to students’ vacation or professional commitments.
• Students may cancel online for any class up to 3 hours ahead of start time. Classes that are cancelled less 3 hours in advance will be counted as taken.
• All information concerning our students’ health is kept confidential.
• All personal data (phone number, address, email) is not shared with any other party.
• Our teachers will mention the contra-indications for each posture or exercise.
• Our teachers give quality classes that are adapted to the level of the group.
• Our teachers will offer alternative postures/exercises in case of difficulty or contra-indication
• Our teachers are not responsible for accidents that occur in the yoga room.
• Students must arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class begins. Late-comers are not accepted.
• Students must inform the teacher of any health issue, pregnancy, injury or pain.
• Students are responsible for their own bodies and must take into account their own physical capabilities.
• Students listen and adhere to instructions given by the teacher.
• Students take note of these general conditions.
• Students who are feeling unwell (cold, cough, fever) should NOT attend class.
