Centrally located in the heart of Nyon, Yoga Moves Nyon opened its doors in2012. We have progressively grown and created a special bond with the local community whilst continuing to offer the best classes in the region. From classic Hatha style, Warm, Vinyasa and Pilates, Pre-natal, Seniors, Kids, Yin and Restorative, we offer different types of yoga for every individual preference and need.
Our aim is to continually accommodate and adapt to our students’ requirements and with over 20 classes each week, as well as affordable and flexible memberships, we offer a yoga practice for all schedules.
In our experience of sharing yoga, we have seen that the more welcomed and at ease we feel in a studio space, the more able we are to relax and discover the benefits of yoga at our own pace without pressure, competition, or judgement.
We are keen to share yoga with an ever-increasing community of like-minded people, and feel that our modest, down-to-earth philosophy has been vital to our success.
We are very proud of our experienced and compassionate team of teachers, who strive in every class to modify, inspire, and help students reach and maintain optimal levels of physical and mental health. By experiencing different teachers and styles students have access to a rich tapestry of many different ideas, personalities, and methods, for an open and all-round understanding of yoga. Alongside regular classes we offer a variety of workshops with often renowned international teachers, as well as our ongoing teacher training programs. When I was at school, I wanted to become a doctor, but traditional medicine didn’t seem right to me. I was reading a lot, and while traveling I found out about Ayurveda, yoga, natural medicine.
I have started practicing yoga many years ago, but my first time in a warm setting was in March 2012 in Boston.
I started my yoga practice willing to sculpt my body; a very superficial desire then. Over time, I found my time spent on the mat much more fruitful.
In my prenatal classes, I offer you a moment to slow down, ground yourself and listen with kindness to what your body has to tell you.

Many new students start their yoga journey here with us! Everyone can practice yoga regardless of age, experience, ability, or flexibility. We have something for everyone at the studio.
