Kids Yoga

This class approaches yoga in a fun, interactive way, with postures inspired from nature and animals, depending on the age group. The session is playful, sometimes with music, and the children are encouraged to observe their breath. Children learn to direct their emotions and feel more confident in their bodies. The class ends with relaxation and/or time for drawing which allows them to focus on the present moment and not think of anything else.

Kids yoga increases strength, flexibility, coordination, concentration and self confidence in a non-competitive environment.

Pilates

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.

Warm Yoga

Our warm yoga classes are inspired by both the Barkan and Absolute Hot yoga sequences. We encourage new students to take it easy in their first few classes and for best results practice as much as your schedule permits during the introduction period.

Pre-natal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga offers a practice for pregnant women, in a relaxed and nurturing atmosphere. Post-natal yoga: a time for mothers to nurture and be nurtured.

Warm Flow

This is a high energy flow class, where we focus on strengthening the core, legs and upper body to help improve balance, flexibility, and endurance in the body and mind.
