Chakra Flow
A gentle flow yoga class that explores the seven chakras to support physical, mental, and emotional balance.

This is a high energy flow class, where we focus on strengthening the core, legs and upper body to improve balance, flexibility, and endurance in the body and mind. A fundamental understanding of sun salutations, postures and breath technique is recommended. In this class we also play around with new and more challenging postures. Be prepared to sweat!
This class is not suitable for beginners.
