The aim is to explore movement, breath and meditation and develop strength and mobility. We strive to be the best we can be while accepting our limitations. There are no expectations, no need to look a certain way, simply come with an open mind.

Hatha Yoga

Our Hatha Yoga classes use asana (postures) with the breath to create a link between the body and the mind.

Warm Yoga

Our warm yoga classes are inspired by both the Barkan and Absolute Hot yoga sequences. We encourage new students to take it easy in their first few classes and for best results practice as much as your schedule permits during the introduction period.

Pilates Matwork

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.
