Mindful movement is a mix of movement disciplines such as yoga, tai chi, functional movement and strength work. The aim is to explore movement, breath and meditation and develop strength and mobility. We strive to be the best we can be while accepting our limitations. There are no expectations, no need to look a certain way, simply come with an open mind.

Pre-natal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga offers a practice for pregnant women, in a relaxed and nurturing atmosphere. Post-natal yoga: a time for mothers to nurture and be nurtured.

Seniors Yoga

You can begin yoga at any age! In this class, designed for people aged 60 and over, we explore simple postures with the focus on correct alignment, breathing exercises, deep relaxation, and meditation.

Warm Flow

This is a high energy flow class, where we focus on strengthening the core, legs and upper body to help improve balance, flexibility, and endurance in the body and mind.

Warm Yoga

Our warm yoga classes are inspired by both the Barkan and Absolute Hot yoga sequences. We encourage new students to take it easy in their first few classes and for best results practice as much as your schedule permits during the introduction period.
