In this gentle flow class, each week we focus on a different chakra to balance the physical, mental and emoDonal energies of the body. The aim is to culDvate opDmal health throughout life.

Power Flow

A dynamic yoga flow that links breath and movement to build strength, balance, and flexibility, leaving you grounded, energised, and refreshed.

Hot Flow

This is a high energy flow class, where we focus on strengthening the core, legs and upper body to improve balance, flexibility, and endurance in the body and mind.

Pre-natal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga offers a practice for pregnant women, in a relaxed and nurturing atmosphere. Post-natal yoga: a time for mothers to nurture and be nurtured.

Hot Yoga

Our Hot Yoga classes are inspired by both the Barkan and Absolute Hot yoga sequences. We encourage new students to take it easy in their first few classes and for best results practice as much as your schedule permits during the introduction period.
