As we age we tend to lose muscle mass, which makes us more susceptible to injury, osteoporosis and other ailments. It is vital that we maintain muscle mass and stability in our older years. In this 60-minute class we use weights, kettlebells, elastics and other props to work the whole body and develop strength in key areas. This is a great complement to your yoga practice. Warm Yoga

Our warm yoga classes are inspired by both the Barkan and Absolute Hot yoga sequences. We encourage new students to take it easy in their first few classes and for best results practice as much as your schedule permits during the introduction period.

Hatha Yoga

Our Hatha Yoga classes use asana (postures) with the breath to create a link between the body and the mind.

Kids Yoga

Kids and teens learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging yoga poses and partner poses. Lots of yoga games, breathing, and basic anatomy.

Pilates Matwork

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.
