As we age we tend to lose muscle mass, which makes us more susceptible to injury, osteoporosis and other ailments. It is vital that we maintain muscle mass and stability in our older years. In this 60-minute class we use weights, kettlebells, elastics and other props to work the whole body and develop strength in key areas. This is a great complement to your yoga practice. Mindful Movement

Mindful movement is a blend of several techniques

Kids Yoga

Kids and teens learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging yoga poses and partner poses. Lots of yoga games, breathing, and basic anatomy.

Pre-natal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga offers a practice for pregnant women, in a relaxed and nurturing atmosphere. Post-natal yoga: a time for mothers to nurture and be nurtured.

Vinyasa Yoga

“Vinyasa” means to link together or to place in a special way. In this class, postures are linked together in a dynamic sequence in harmony with the breath.
