Hatha Yoga
Our Hatha Yoga classes use asana (postures) with the breath to create a link between the body and the mind.
In this class, students move from posture to posture in a dynamic sequence in harmony with the breath. At times we move quickly, at other times more slowly, depending on the time of day and the general feel of the moment. The pace is faster than regular Hatha yoga.

You can begin yoga at any age! In this class, designed for people aged 60 and over, we explore simple postures with the focus on correct alignment, breathing exercises, deep relaxation, and meditation.
Prenatal Yoga offers a practice for pregnant women, in a relaxed and nurturing atmosphere. Post-natal yoga: a time for mothers to nurture and be nurtured.
