Seniors Yoga
You can begin yoga at any age! In this class, designed for people aged 60 and over, we explore simple postures with the focus on correct alignment, breathing exercises, deep relaxation, and meditation.
“Vinyasa” means to link together or to place in a special order. In this class, postures togeflow into each other in a dynamic sequence in harmony with the breath. At times we move quickly, at other times more slowly, depending on the time of day and the general feel of the moment.

Our Hatha Yoga classes use asana (postures) with the breath to create a link between the body and the mind.
This is a high energy flow class, where we focus on strengthening the core, legs and upper body to help improve balance, flexibility, and endurance in the body and mind.
Kids and teens learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging yoga poses and partner poses. Lots of yoga games, breathing, and basic anatomy.
